We endeavour to get you order to you within 7 working days but ask that you allow a full 14 days from day of purchase for you package to arrive.

a) This artwork is a pre-order. Your artwork will be printed within 2 to 3 days of your order being made. We ask that you allow a full 14 days to receive your order.

b) If outside the UK, please note that it can take around 7-14 days for the shipment to reach your specified country. The duration of time for the package to reach your address will depend on your local delivery and postal services. Strictly no refund will be issued due to uncollected packages and wrong shipping information/address. The package will be subject to an additional shipping fee if it is returned to us due to it being uncollected or for reasons regarding incorrect shipping information/address being given.

c) No cancellation of orders once pre-ordered sales have been made.
